I recently got my daughter’s haircut done, and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly, patient, and made sure my little one felt comfortable throughout. Her new look turned out absolutely adorable and she loved it! A special mention to Ms. Sheran, who was extremely helpful and attentive. Sheran personally ensured everything went smoothly and guided us through the haircut options, and made us feel truly valued as customers. It’s rare to see such professionalism combined with genuine warmth.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Geetanjali Salon. This has to be the worst salon branch I have ever visited. I went for a “Premium Pedicure” priced at ₹1250, and to my absolute shock, the entire service lasted barely 25 minutes. There was no pack applied, the massage was hardly 5 minutes, and the scrub was washed off almost immediately — it didn’t even last a minute. Not at all relaxing. How is this considered “premium”? I have visited several other salons that are not even big brands, and they have provided far better, more detailed, and relaxing services at much more reasonable prices. Here, it felt like they were rushing through everything just to finish quickly. It honestly feels like customers are being charged only for the brand name rather than the quality of service. Completely unjustifiable pricing for such substandard service. Would definitely not recommend this br

I recently got a haircut at Geetanjali, Vasant Vihar, and had an amazing experience! Aijaz (who btw I have know for quite a while now) did an absolutely fabulous job. I was quite nervous about getting my hair cut short, but he understood exactly what I wanted, and the result was perfect. The entire time I spent there was relaxing, from the hair wash to the hospitality (they have amazing green tea!). The staff was polite and attentive throughout. I’ll definitely be going back soon for my hair color. Highly recommend Aijaz and the team at Geetanjali, Vasant Vihar! 💇‍♀️✨

One of the most disappointing salon experiences I’ve had. Despite having an appointment, I was kept waiting without any greeting or basic courtesy from the receptionist. The communication about pricing was also unclear I was told haircut + wash would be ₹1500 + GST, but upon arrival an additional ₹750 for the wash was suddenly added. The main issue, however, was the behavior of one hairdresser. After initially appreciating my hair, she later refused service claiming I had “nits,” without explaining properly or speaking respectfully. I calmly clarified that they were just a few dead nits (non-transferable) and that I had already taken treatment. Instead of handling it professionally, the tone felt judgmental and dismissive.
